24 hour Service

When you have your Alarm Service provided by Global Security you can rest easy while you’re at home asleep, away on vacation or at work. We provide the following levels of service:

  • U.L Certified Monitoring Station (certified by Underwriters Laboratories)
  • Standby Generators for continuous power to our Monitoring Station.
  • Our Monitoring Station will watch over your system 24 hours a day, 7 Days a week.
  • State of the art software
  • State of the art hardware with full redundancy

We often get questions about our Monitoring station capabilities; here are a couple of frequently asked questions:

How are my calls routed?

Your Alarm System sends signals that are received through a telecommunications system that operates on a high-priority telecommunications network. From there we will follow your instructions as to who to make contact with. We are proud to offer customized response for our customers.

What happens if my phone line gets cut?

We always recommend our customers go with our Priority Connect package that includes our amazing Wireless communication service to avoid this situation. However, even if you don’t take this package and use your phone line, we can alert you to the loss of signal from your phone line.

What time does your office open if I need to schedule a Service Call or want to discuss getting a Security System?

Our normal business hours are the following:

8:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday

8:00am to 12:00pm on Saturday
